Worked fine for 32 days. Then it broke down on me just outside the return window and I have no way of contacting the seller to remediate this issue.I tried all troubleshooting Brother suggests and it did not work. Look for a better option - it’s worth spending a few extra bucks. These drums usually last me over a year, this one barely lasted a month.

Firstly, this drum was not recognized by the printer. But my printer still printed, so I ignored it. Then, immediately past the return window (30 days) streaks started appearing on my sheets and are continually getting worse. Now, at the 2 month mark, the streaks are worse than the one I just replaced! I’m so angry- I should have just spent the extra money and got the brother brand! Never again.

Usually, I don't like to write a review until the device has been in use for quite a while. I want my reviews to have credibility. I don't want to write a review right off the bat and then have the horking thing break down.Anyway, this has been in use for several hundred pages now--which still is early stage, but it's doing everything that it's supposed to. So I'm giving it 5 stars!

Great drum replacement as the print quality is great and also lasts well. Simple and works well. Easy to install and no probs. Well worth it to get. :)

This is a good quality drum unit that seems to perform well so far. It's so far hard to tell any difference between this and the OEM version. Overall a recommend.
