The cartridge installed no problem, but printed pages were blank. Tried multiple troubleshooting steps to no avail. printer says ink is full … but only blank pages.There are no directions or troubleshooting guides included.

Very professional toner cartridges, very easy to install, showed capacity very quickly after loading into my printer, they are able to print more pages and I really like their price and yield!

Thought it was an actual Brother cartridge. Works ok, but I get a continual " low toner" message.
