These are very, very hard brushes per the advertisement. They are not joking. It's not soft, medium or firm, but very hard brushes. Great value if this is what you are looking for.

these brushes are firm AF, it really feels like ur cleaning your teeth. the one problem I have is I am a hard brusher. So, when the bristles lose shape they are so hard they poke ur gums(I would say the brushes were unusable). I bought a new set and will try to brush lighter so they don't lose shape as easily. I tried to go back to some cheap normal "firm" toothbrushes I hated it. but no kidding these a super firm, like really really firm. so if u want a FIRM toothbrush this is the one. remember when it loses shape it'll hurt ur gums. I'm around a 4/5 star satisfaction

WOW are these toothbrushes hard! I couldn’t be more pleased. If you’re tired of all the mass-marketed crap at your local Target and want to introduce some DISCIPLINE to your teeth and tongue this set of four toothbrushes from Perfect is definitely your guy. The mfg so loves his product that each of the four toothbrushes is packaged in its own little box (they even have their own little window!) so you can keep it handy while stowing away the remaining three. And the heads are huge. It’s the first time I've been able to reach this far back to scrub. I imagine over time the brushes will eventually get softer but I just had to post this because I've looked for years for this toothbrush and if you’re like me, your search is over.

I use this item as a toenail brush in shower, and it works much better than any regular toenail brushes I've ever tried. The bristles go under toenails spot on due to their density and the head's curved design. After soaking my feet, I brush my toes gently with regular soap to remove dirt and excess cuticles. This maintains my toes clean so I don't use cuticle cutters as often as before. The set comes in 4 different colors which help us prevent potential germ-spreading within thefamily!

Surprisingly a brush that is what they say it is. These are the hardest and firmest ones to date and I've bought a lot. These will easy remove plaque and stains from teeth. The curve on the head is perfect ..well thought out design. Smaller mouth and teeth maybe they'll be too large but for me they are the best to date. Have to be careful not to hurt the gums but the design really helps prevent that. No doubt I will keep buying these if they last a decent amount of time.
