I had the First Years bottle warmer and it takes 10 minutes to warm up a 4oz bottle and it’s not even fully warmed. I purchased the Dr browns warmer and it takes 3 min and 45 seconds for a 4 oz bottle. It is fully warmed. I love the water reservoir feature! I love dr browns products and highly recommend this warmer.

Product leaks water. Often auto shuts off. Water everywhere. Bottles warm to right temp but warmer leaks water everywhere inside and out. Would not give as gift. Semi functional. Not easy to use and takes a while to warm

I bought this as a replacement for the same bottle warmer I had 6 years ago. It seemed to be the same except it didn't have a stand for the bottle basket or to heat food pots (which is a shame).The earlier product was reliable, only needed cleaning on an occasional basis - in the same property - and was extremely reliable.This time the bottle warmer has been one of the worst purchases I've made in recent years.It continually leaks water, it needs constant cleaning, it throws up error messages frequently and is in no way reliable or the same quality as the item I had five years ago. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. It just doesn't work when needed.Previously I would and did recommend this product. Based upon this recent experience, I would no longer recommend this product.It is a shame and I hope Dr Browns take a serious look at their how their product reliability in the last few years is inconveniencing parents and affecting how loyal customers experience and perceive their brand.

The milk is still cold when I take the bottle out but the bottle is very hot.

I understand what people say when they complain about how it's inconsistent. Once you get the hang of it it really isn't that bad but there are a bunch of factors you have to consider aside from whether whatever it is you are warming is frozen, refrigerated or room temperature. The temperature of the actual room matters because the water in the warmer might be warm or cold depending and that affects how long it takes. If you've just used it for something else, that will affect how long it takes since the warmer is already warm. You can't leave anything in there beyond the turn off point or it will just keep getting warmer till it is too hot, so it is really easy to scald things or to have things come out too cold.All that aside, my main issue is that the darn thing leaks, badly. We've gone through multiple. We bought one, it started leaking, we returned it, now the new one is leaking. At this point we are just going to go with a different brand and hope for better results since this thing makes a mess of our counter since there is water leaking out through an opening in the bottom. It doesn't leak when it isn't running, but when it is we can get a pool of water under it.

Very easy to use, seems to get the formula to the right temperature. The only complaint I have is filling the water tank could be easier. You have to flip it upside down and it can get messy if you aren't careful.

Well, it's disappointing and frustrating to spend this much money to only get 7 months out of it. I'm 2nd time mom, had this warmer with my first child, no issues whatsoever. But this time it is crap. If you are looking, probably invest in something else.

Water reservoir is not designed well. Not that efficient to use.You are honestly better off saving your money and buying a different product.

I love this thing and it is so worth the upgrade to be able to have the water reservoir. We fill it once a day (or less) instead of with each warm up like our last bottle warmer. It has a lot of customizable options. The only thing is we had to take the little lift out basket out of the bottom because the bottle wasn’t warming nearly enough in the allotted time per how many ounces we were heating…it just means it would be hard to lift out a shorter wide mouth bottle promptly at the end of the cycle without burning your fingers. We use the tall bottles, so no issue for us.

This warmer has been a lifesaver! I love it so much. The only thing I do not like about it is that when refilling the water chamber, I have to hold the actual warmer upside down or horizontal over the sink so that way water doesn’t end up everywhere. Water still leaks slightly, just less when replacing it like that. Another thing is that you don’t see how much water is left inside the machine. A few times, I was away from the machine waiting for the beep and once I pulled the bottle out of chamber, it was still cold. I didn’t see the error message and it doesn’t alarm you when the water is low. Overall, it’s great and I love the various settings and how evenly heated up the milk is.

Really good bottle warmer and steriliser, there is enough water to allow you to sterilise and warm bottles a number of times. Really easy to use and size is also good.
