Excellent unit. works exactly as advertised. heats the water quickly as well. The only negative is the little pad that the bottle sits on. See photo. The pad can easily be removed so you can wash it . Problem is it's TOO easy to remove. If comes loose if you look at it sideways. Soooo I glued mine in place with silicon adhesive, so there. Other than that nit, it's an awesome unit.

We really enjoy this purchase. As a parent, convenience and safety are at the top of my list when it comes to products for my little one, and this dispenser provides water safety and convenience.Right out of the box, I could tell that the quality of this machine is good. The 2-liter glass tank feels sturdy and The stainless steel interior is a big plus, tooโit really gives me peace of mind knowing that Iโm not heating water in plastic that could leach chemicals. Plus, itโs a heavy machine, which makes it feel durable and stable.When I first got the machine, I was a bit thrown off by an E1 error message saying that the pot couldnโt be detected. there was a protective layer under the pot that I needed to remove. Once that was taken care of, everything worked perfectly!It heats the water quickly and maintains the temperature really well. I love that if I set it to hold a temperature below 160ยฐF, I donโt usually need water hotter than that, but I did notice that if you set it higher, it only holds that temperature for 24 hours. Thatโs not a dealbreaker for me, but itโs something to keep in mind.One thing to consider is the beeping sound when you press the buttons. It can be a little loud, especially at night when everything is quiet. Iโve kept it in my kitchen, so it hasnโt bothered me too much, but if youโre thinking of putting it in your bedroom, you might want to think twice about that.It has been a great addition to my routine for preparing baby formula and drinking hot tea.

Bought this as a gift for my friends who just had a baby and they reached out to me and said they instantly loved it! It delivered quick and came in well packaged ready to gift. They mentioned it was a great size and the water was perfectly warm. They said it made their routines a lot easier. Great product!I recently purchased this baby appliance. First off, the design is stunning it's a beautiful addition to our home decor. Quality material, making it not just a functional item but also a stylish one.I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is for the quality you receive. The appliance is well-designed, with thoughtful features that make it easy to use.When I opened the box, there was no strange odor, which is always a plus when it comes to baby products. Nice large glass container. I personally would not use plastic water tank to heat up water.

Iโm really happy with this purchase! Itโs a solid machine that does exactly what we need. We set it to the recommended temperature for formula, and both the auto and manual dispensing work perfectly. Making a bottle for our little guy has never been quicker! The glass water tank is detachable, which makes cleaning and refilling super easy. Plus, it holds enough water that we donโt have to constantly refill it. Highly recommend!
