Strong Waterproof Foam Tape Quick Application Tips:
Clean the desired surface.
Peel off the tape backing.
Firmly press and hold the tape for secure mounting of your items.
Refrain from touching the adhesive to avoid contamination.
Apply tape vertically on the back of the object for even weight distribution.
Remove the liner and ensure object alignment with the preferred surface.
Make a firm press to create a strong, permanent bond.
NOTE: 20% strength of bond in 4 hours, 70% strength of bond in 24 hours and 100% strength of bondafter 48 hours.

Tried to use this to stick an underdesk headphone holder but it only held for about 16-20 hours before falling. Attempted twice with no success. Sucks because the original 2 sided adhesive that came with the holder was also manufactured by 3M - maybe the product has gotten worse in the last 8 years. Good thing I tested this out by putting a pillow underneath so my headphones didn't get destroyed by falling off.

I needed to hang basket in the shower/bath. The shower wall is a glossy porcelain subway tile. The hanger with its adhesive pad was dropped in soapy water and never worked. I purchased these because of the 3M branding. I scraped the original pad off and used this one. Works perfect, no issues. I did clean the tile with isopropyl alcohol before application to remove all soap and hard water residue.

Purchased to install a dashcam in my new truck. When I removed the dashcam from old truck the original sticky pad was removed and discarded. These were the PERFECT fit for the reinstall.

Yes, these are convenient because they are precut but in my experience, they are not as tacky durable as their counterparts in roll form. I used two of the pads to secure a smart watch charging stand on mybedside table. They lasted 1 day, even with prepping both locations (charging stand base and table location) with isopropyl alcohol.
