I bought 2 of these units and didn't use. I couldn't get the window to rise, finding it was my 2 lift gate actuators that weren't working. Found out that these were no longer being made by General Motors, I had to rebuild both units. That seem to do the job, so I never installed the switches,

After 10 years the pressure pad on the hatchback handle was corroded and stopped working. Our usual mechanic told us that the manufacturer’s replacement part was no longer available. I ordered this, and our mechanic was able to easily install it and we can open the hatchback again.Very happy!

Exactly like something from GMC. Fit perfectly and works. However doesn't come with any mounting pieces so if yours were rusted out like mine you'll still have to buy those from the dealer.
