The man in the Dorman video associated with the ad showed him hold up the exact Chevy Traverse HVAC controller I needed and saying it can be replaced if any of the buttons do not function or are just "worn out like this one" and on the table was another one that looked great. I ordered it not because mine wasn't functioning but because the buttons were just worn through, and the underlying color was showing which I thought just looked bad. So, I ordered it and the one I received was worse looking than the one I wanted to replace. Thankfully I was able to return it and got a full refund. I just think the video is misleading to say replace it if it appears worn when the remanufactured one sent may be even more worn out in appearance.
