Will need to drill out tuner shaft hole slightly with 1/4" drill bit for Gotoh vintage style tuners but fit Squier strat headstock perfect.

I purchased these ferrules (nickel) to swap DEBUT SERIES STRATOCASTER tuners out. I had previously changed the tuners on a CV50 and had a spare set of vintage tuners. Easily pushed into holes. Less expensive than others. Quality construction and allow easy tuning not to mention they look great.

I bought a jazzmaster online where someone had installed these horribly ugly black Schaller tuners. I knew i wanted to return to the classic Fender vintage style but the peg holes had been drilled out to 10mm to fit the Schallers.I ordered these hoping theyd fit but half expexting there to be some issue (which always happens when im DIY fixing guitars.These were very tight - in fact i believe theyre 10.5 mm, but i used some good pliers and gentle but firm pressure they slid in nicely. The fits is so tight I hope i never need to take them out because it’ll be tough.But i got some vintage style tuners and the for and look is totally perfect. I think even if this set of tuners were to need replacement i’d be fine with these bushings.

I like the open back - I like seeing the mechanical workings of the tuners.Fitted them to my Blueridge BR-180, perfect fit and operation.

Worked great for my Squier SE conversion to vintage style tuners. I used squier classic vibe tuners and they fit nicely into these ferrules however you should always confirm that your new tuner post will fit inside the inner hole as not all tuners are the same. I SLIGHTLY widened my Squier SE 10mm peg hole with sand paper to reduce the risk of cracking headstock because these were a very snug fit. Was it necessary? I don’t know but I couldn’t risk it. Also used candle wax and c clamp to push bushings in and they fit great. Metal appeared decent quality and grooves were well machines (not too sharp like others ive seen). Very satisfied with this product.

I used these with a set of Gotoh TK-0770-003, Kluson style, Keystone tuners on an Ibanez AM73B. The tuner shafts were .8mm wider than the Dopro inside diameter of the bushings. The bushings are made of aluminum, so I just reamed, and honed with 400 grit sand paper. The underside diameter of the bushings were larger than the peg holes on the guitar, again I used a reamer to clean up the holes. Installation was fairly easy, and what you would expect when using after market parts. The finish and workmanship on the Dopros was excellent, and matched my tuners. Diffinetly would/ will buy again.
