It stated that this product came with a lock on the package the code for the lock was there but no lock. Very disappointed

Don't buy this. It doesn't fit on any doors. They won't except returns unless you pay the shipping which is more than the product. There are so many good door handle locks that actually work. If you buy this it will be unusable and unreturnable.

I reorder twice each time no lock.I send the first order back but the order I receive today January 20 2025 had no lock, I’m not sure why I didn’t get my locks that was supposed to come with the latch coving the doors.

I bought this product to secure our bedrooms during the renovation as our bedroom door knobs do not have a lock and we will be moving during the renovation. The product by itself was basically not effective as the doorknob can still be turned as the product is not snuggly fit to the doorknob making it very easy to still open it. I have to cover it with additional plastic covering before I lock it using this product.

I needed a quick fix to stop someone invading my privacy. This was exactly what I expected, arrived quickly, and most importantly, does the job. One thing to note, in the description it says digital lock, but what you get is a combination lock.
