Does using an aquarium filter mean I don't have to replace the water in the fish tank?
While filters help keep the water clean, you still need to do some water replacement on a regular basis to maintain the water quality. In most cases, this means replacing about 25% of water with fresh water to dilute any problematic elements.
What maintenance is required for aquarium filters?
You may need to replace the filter element or media once a month. At the same time, you should remove the filter from the tank and clean all components according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Long story short your get what you pay for, stopped working after a few days vibrated extremely loud and the waterfall attachment always kept falling off not a good product but what do you expect for 9 bucks. I wouldn’t waste my time with this again was worth a shot but not useful

Good spray pattern adjustable head can sideway straight down or even up if you have the tank for it. My fish and frog are very happy and tank is clean. 3 gallon tank. The distributor can get clogged take a part and clean pump 1x a month. Very simple to disassemble and reassemble

This filter helps keep fish tanks clean and is super cute. The waterfall design is very fun and cute. The noise level is not any worse than any other filter and it’s super easy to install. It’s good quality and definitely worth the cost.

It seems to work pretty good but I just wish it had some way to adjust the flow, because it has a very strong current in both regular and rain mode. It is a pretty noisy fliter, but overall I think it works well for the price.

I have a 10 Gallon Betta tank. i installed the filter last night and thought it was great. This morning when I went to feed my betta fish, i put the food in the tank and immediately the food flew around the tank in circles. The filter was so strong my betta couldn’t even get the food. I messed around with it, changed the different modes, but all were still too strong. So I put the rainfall mode back on, but out it to the side of my tank to where the water from the filter is touching the glass of my tank, that way it is not as strong and circulating the water as much. hoping this helps. i will see when i feed my betta later again today!

first this was to replace a wisper filter on a 1.5 gal tank. noise level good the only sound is from the flowing water , the water stay clean for weeks. i have 7 small fishes in there since 2 months. i like the fact that i can clean the sponge and the ceramic balls, no more buying of filters. i do not use the outside air intake the 10 outputs a 45 degree does the aeration better and the small fishes like the current also.
