After cleaning and lubing the old seal, our Dometic 310 still wouldn't hold water. Put the new seal in, lubed it, all is well.

Perfect OEM part, 10 minute diy fix. Seal fit perfectly and instantly stopped water from leaking thru.

If you ever had to change the gasket on one of the older Dometic toilets, then you will really appreciate this seal.Of course you need to get rid of the old model 300 but just changing the gasket makes it worth while. It was so easy, I can hardly wait to have to do it again. Just be sure to use a little Vaseline for an improve seal.

This item is easy to install and works great. I originally bought a cheaper brand (two seals for less money than this one) and found the fit was incorrect and would not seal.

These are the OEM replacement parts for our RV toilets. They are much more expensive than others sold on Amazon for sure but sometimes you gotta pay to get a quality product and this is one of those products. I prefer to NOT have to replace them too often so I pay the price. They fit perfectly and are easy to install. Follow rather directions on the packaging, watch a YouTube video and save a bunch of money over hiring an RV Tech.

Had a slow leak in the dometic bowl, replaced with this, easy and works perfect. $20 cheaper than rv store.

This OEM version costs more than the 3rd party seals, but after reading the reviews, I decided to go with this one. It was very easy to install (took only 5 minutes). Before replacing this seal, the bowl would be empty within 15 minutes of filling it up. After I replaced the seal, I filled the bowl with water and have been checking it every day. It is day 5 now and it still has just as much water in the bowl.

I use these in my dometic toilet in our cottage. They seal well and last a long time. Best to lubricate them 2x a year. (I use Thetford Toilet Seal Lube)

OK - stupid me, when the BF and I left for our camping weekend, we usually fill the water tank with water and ice to "clean" or swish around to help clean it out after a weekend. Well, that's usually my job and I forgot to pick up a bag of ice and dump it down the toilet......so, we stopped for gas, about an hour away from our campsite and I bought a bag of ice to dump down the toilet. Dummy me, just opened the bag and dumped, but it didn't all go down easily, so I started chopping at it with the toilet brush and kept working the pedal and jamming the ice down. Well, we get to camp, set up, and here the toilet doesn't hold water!!! BF looks at the toilet and determines the gasket is GONE. He is one who likes to "just bring it in" to get things fixed -- whereas I am more one who likes to at least attempt a DIY before bringing it in (where reasonable of course I wouldn't take on huge repairs myself). Especially camper/RV repairs are SOOO expensive!!! So, we survived the weekend, and I researched if this existed and it does!!! The BF was ready to schedule an RV appointment and I instead went on Amazon and ordered this gasket -- I watched YouTube videos on how to replace it - It definitely looked easy enough that even I could replace it. But lord knows I did NOT want to touch this area of the toilet!! LOL So, I forced teh BF to watch the same videos and sent him out with the lube and my new gasket! Within 10 minutes he was back in the house, washing his hands (HEHE) and the gasket was replaced!! WOO HOO!! You are very welcome, sweet boyfriend!!! Saved him a huge bill!!! HEHE I highly recommend, and I also learned my ice lesson.....

Got the job done. Price is high but it is the right part to fix the leak.

Good instructions. Worked. Don't forget to lubricate the seal with vaseline and clean the ball sealing valve to get the results you expect.
