The Dometic 310 is well worth the cost of upgrading from the Dometic 300. The 310 is solid in comparison. The 310 came with the slow close toilet seat, the floor seal, and installation hardware. It’s a great upgrade.I don’t know if it is a Dometic issue or camper issue, but the 300 had a rubber seal at the water supply. After creating a puddle on the floor, I found and moved the seal from the 300 to the 310. It is a water-tight connection now. I don’t see that seal listed on the 310 parts list but what I moved really looks like it is designed for the toilet side of the connection and not the nut side.Why 4 stars instead of 5? I ordered a white toilet but received a bone toilet. It says bone right on the box. Luckily, it doesn’t look that bad against the brown walls and cabinets in the camper’s bathroom, but the tub and sink are bright white in comparison.

Perfect replacement for my old toilet. Sits much higher. Slow close lid is a nice feature. Flushing sends water down every inch of the bowl which my old one did poorly. Definitely an upgrade.

As others mentioned. Ordered white , cream sent . As for the toilet , the seat is standard residential, we were able to add a bidet. The bowl is porcelain however the base is still plastic. It flushes super quiet. Has everything with it needed to install. Bowl holds water after flushed as to stop smells. Overall it’s a great poopy pot .

We had to replace the toilet in our motor home after less than 2 years. Different manufacturer and to replace the ball seal gasket you have to separate the ceramic bowl from the plastic base. Too much hassle and after 3 seal replacements in 3 months the bowl still would not hole water.The Dometic design makes it easy to replace the same seal without taking the toilet apart. The way the water "swirls" when you flush is a much better design than a small spray from the rear of the toilet.Easy replacement and installation. The water inlet for the toilet was in a different location than the previous, other manufacturer, toilet so I did have to make a modification on our motor home.In my opinion this Dometic RV toilet is better designed and easier to maintain.

Wonderful ToiletThis is the Mercedes Benz of RV toilets. Install is a breeze. The ride height is just right, very comfortable. The main bowl is Ceramic, easy to clean if you miss your shot. Powerfull water jets for manly flushes, Dont waste your time on the cheaper plastoc models.

I intentionally waited several mo the to leave a review to be able to give a better one. We have had this installed for several months now and are very pleased with it compared to the stock commode that came with our RV. It is much heavier duty and feels exactly like a home toilet. It has a soft touch lid that has functioned well since purchase. The foot flush petal seems durable and has not given us any issues. We are currently building our forever home a distance from our current home so we often stay in our RV onsite, so this has been used consistently and frequently as opposed to just an occasional vacation, etc. The flush is good since water comes out of many holes all around the top and swirls down. It stays clean and I just use regular toilet bowl cleaner to maintain it. Overall we are happy with this purchase and can’t really think of any complaints. Recommend!

I am returning the SECOND Dometic commode I have ordered from Amazon. As you can see in the pictures, Left is the SECOND order Right is the FIRST order - the gasket is seriously "off center" on the Ball Valve on BOTH units. I am replacing my commode with an upgraded unit BECAUSE the original Dometic commode is leaking and flooding my camper, AND filling my Black tank with fresh water as a bonus. I contacted the vendor on the first one... after a long time he just responded "Return to Amazon" ... no sorry, explanation or anything. I have been on the road, so this one is going back too.

This toilet is beautiful and the color match the bathroom nicely. The bowl is porcelain. Love the self closing lid and seat.The install of this new toilet was amazingly quick and easy. Removing the old toilet was the hardest chore.
