This is very good and l like it BUT I hope the manufacturer reads these. This product needs two tweaks.1. It needs something heavier sewn into the mesh netting ramp to make it stay down. My Shepherds get caught up in the bottom. I plan on modifying it myself by adding an aluminum rod 1" x 12" long to the bottom of the ramp where the dogs enter.2. It has metal loops to tie it to a dock or boat but it also needs two additional loops on the bottom to help stablize it to whatever you are attaching it to. I'm not sure how to do that, so I'll just have to live it with.While I have these suggestions, I still love the product. 👍👍👍

The Dog Dok is designed with excellence from the product itself to the details of the hardware, ropes, carrying case, and installation instructions. Box opening experience is what you would expect from an Apple product; far exceeded expectations for a dog accessory. This product made our vacation at the lake even more enjoyable and our two labs took to it and were fully trained on it in about five throws. All we now need is one of those automatic ball launchers and if Dog Dok made one, I would buy it! Congrats on a great product!

We recently purchased this and it’s been Amazing for our dog! It is also great for people.Very sturdy strong material. Very high quality materials. Holds my big dog my husband and my 4 year olds weight. It’s easy to get in and out of the water. Makes letting her swim and easy process. Highly recommended.

I love it! We purchased the medium size for our german shepherd dog and it's just large enough, but not so large that it takes up too much space in our in-ground pool. It is made of a sturdy material. The netting is also durable and the steps into the dock sink into the water properly, with each step having a little float so it is helpful to find each step; it's well designed in every way. The inflation couldn't be easier and a pump is also included (a sincere thank you for this!!), which made it simple, quick and fun to unfold and inflate. The packaging was great and I appreciated the cheerful notes about the company and their appreciation for customers. Would I purchase it again? ABSOLUTELY!! Also, I discovered that it has saved a few toads- giving them an easy way out of a pool with small steps in just one corner. Bonus purchase!

Very pleased. Easy to inflate, deflate and store. Comes with a hand pump and only took a couple minutes to inflate and little effort. Had good customer service. I emailed how to properly fold the Dog Dok to the email address provided with the instructions and got a same day response on a weekend day.Only took our dog a couple times to figure out how to enter, but once she did, it was easy for her. She started to treat the entrance as a Baja deck as the day got hotter! Lol. She is a retriever that weighs 80+ pounds. The device says that it is capable of handling dogs up to 200+, and I believe it. The materials are very solid. Says not to inflate past 5 psi, I don’t think I even got to 3. I just made sure it was solid and stable before placing in the water. We did, however, use our own dock lines instead of the ropes provided as they seemed too slick to hold a knot. Looks real nice as it matched the Sea Dek on our boat as the video above shows. Very pleased with the product. Can’t talk durability because we just purchased. Anyway, we like it.
