The leg holder irritates and cuts the dog's skin. Needs a design improvement for the material holder part to include padding and adjustable for different dog back leg sizes

My dog was able to learn to use the device quickly yet in under a week of use all but 1 of the back end harness screws had become lost while on walks and the back leg strap broke in 2 places with normal use.The plastic parts would benefit from stronger material and customers should be provided more than 2 extra back harness screws.

Our female Australian Shepard partially tore her left ACL...we didn't want to put her through surgery so in consultation with our vet, we decided to get her a "wheelchair" to help her recovery. The Virbraroo wheelchair has worked our great, it's helping our girl get back to her usual rambunctious self.... it's easy to adjust and fits her perfectly...we couldn't be more satisfied.We would definitely recommend this product, it's just what the Dr. ordered...and we love the free license plate!

Our sweet girl had to have her left rear leg removed due to aggressive cancer in August. After about three months her arthritis took hold of her spine and she was left without any feeling in her hind end. This wheelchair has been her lifesaver! I put it together myself and then gently introduced it to our girl. She was timid at first, but boy once she realized she could get around it was a wonderful moment to witness! She is 85 pounds and this one fits her very comfortably. This is an extremely sturdy piece! She is a rough and tough old girl but it has held up beautifully! I’m so thankful for this company and that we purchased this!!!Added: I wanted to point out that we leave her sling on while she is in the wheelchair. Again, she doesn’t have any feeling in her lower back and this helps us get her in and out of it!

This had been opened, used and returned by somebody else. Box was layered with both duct tape & packing tape, the packets inside had been opened and were empty. It was used. The fabric already had another dog’s hair on it. We opened the box, closed it and initiated the return. Very disappointing
