I tried this thing in every way imaginable for my black lab with hip dysplasia on her left hind hip, but it places so much pressure on her front legs and front shoulder blades that she can’t even walk comfortably. The wheels constantly roll out to the rear that it stretches her out and makes her very uncomfortable. Would not recommend for larger dogs!

Great wheelchair but the front leg harness is different than the picture and the rear leg harness is way too small. It looks like the wrong size harness was put in the box? I don't have a way to contact the seller to see how to get the correct rear leg harness size.

This product is amazing in its design and attention to detail.It took me awhile to assemble it but the instruction manual is sufficient.I have an older dog that has had neurological spine damage and cannot use her back legs now.I have to hold her up for her to eat and hold her back legs and tail when she need to go out to pee.I thought she would appreciate being able to stand alone again and walk to smell the ground and bushes and trees as she used to but she is finding it to be too much of a process for me to try to get her back legs in it whilst holding her chest up and then trying to secure it.At this point she seems content to just do it as we were doing it so that when she tries to jump up to go outside I am there in an instant to grab her back legs as she runs to the door and down the stairs and walkway.I don’t want to put her under undue stress at this point and she seems pretty happy just to lie around in the car or house otherwise.I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with the build and functionality of this wheelchair and if someone is looking for something like this for your pet, this is the best deal for such a product! Believe me, I did my homework and comparison shopping and this is a solid five star wheelchair!

Bought this for our 15-year-old dog that as hip dysphagia to help him walk. First, there were no instructions on how to put it together. We had to figure it out by looking at the pictures in the advertisement. It didn't look like the picture. The front harness wasn't there. All it had on the front was a strap. We adjusted to fit our dog and put it on him. Without the front harness the strap was choking him when he tried to walk. We tried everything to make it work, including taking the front strap off with his back legs in the leg harness, but he walked just out of the whole thing. It probably would work with the front harness as pictured and not a thin strap. If the seller (YURUX) could be contacted and send the front harness as pictured, would consider not returning it. If not, it was a wasted $130.00+ and will send it back.

I received a box with pieces to be put together but no instructions. I have requested instructions be emailed to me. If I receive the instructions and can put this together, I will change my rating. But right now, this is just a box of junk. And there are no instructions on YouTube. And when I look at the picture it actually looks like parts are missing. Very disappointed.UPDATE: The sellers responded quickly to my issue and included instructions. I have changed my rating. It was very easy to assemble once I had the instructions. It works well and I am working with my 16 year old Dachshund to get him used to it.Adding another comment: I received a gift from this seller an an apology letter for the intital inconvenience I experienced. That was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company and their products. They stand behind their products.
