These are great. The distance is wonderful and it helps give me a peace of mind. We mainly use the noise and vibrate as warnings. The rubber pieces are great at protecting my dogs skin. Customer service is also wonderful!

Perfect dog collar for the price. It fits comfortably around my dogs neck and I love that it has a vibration feature, we’ve never had to use the shock before, the vibration does enough. The remote control is small and fits in your pocket nicely.

great device works well my dog actually is okay with it, I was at first concerned if it would harm him, but I only needed to use the vibrate and put it on 87 and he has long hair so it still worked on him with using the vibrate and not the shock. he does everything i tell him too now with no hesitation. I only use it for when im letting him outside.

Easy to use, easy set up. Perfect for our puppy with training. Vibration is enough to get her attention although we did have to turn the settings up quite a bit. Happy with purchase.

Every piece of this product seems sturdy enough to last for awhile but a few gripes I got with this product is that I’ve received the controller as if it is short-circuited with the thing wanting to turn ioff by itself almost all the time. It kind-of isn’t a big problem for us but it would be for others depending on how tolerable they are for an issue like that.By the way, the chargers for the devices are too-short, also, not a big deal as they work really well but it is a problem if you are prone to losing small things as I have already for these chargers. I think it would help if they were longer to have the lesser chances of losing them.Be aware that this receiver doesn’t work with fences being aligned with the receiver automatically as YOU have to take an eye of your pets with whatever issue you see with them doing.Despite those issues I have typed, I’d give it a 4/5 stars because probably all the parts of this product, in our experience, are durable enough that it will probably last a long time; just a few problems for this receiver we were very tolerable to accept but for others they may not want to.

They feel relatively cheaply made compared to other training collars i have had. For some reason theres 3 channels even tho there's no option for a third collar that I saw, nothing incredibly bad just odd and annoying having a dead channel you need to click past when changing collars. The worst part for me is that the "beep" function is not adjustable and not very loud, one of my dogs is old and hard of hearing so I rely on that function to get his attention.

I received my package and was so excited to use it for training. The zap option did not work. The vibration and beeping does work. I will use it regardless but I'm not satisfied with a partially functional collar.

These collars are pretty affordable which is a plus, but I wish the material on the collar itself was a little bit thicker. My dogs have real thick coats, and while these work great, I just wish the material was a little more heavy duty. I only put these on our dogs when we have them around the free range chickens (they act like literal monsters when it comes to these birds!) so I don’t have these on them 24/7, but I’d say they work great for what we need them for.. I can’t really complain about the range, when we need to use them we’re pretty close in proximity so come Spring I'm sure we’ll tinker with that a bit more. The whole setup was a breeze, learning the controls was simple, and charging them doesn’t take too long. If they are damaged for any reason I would also purchase again!
