Seems to stay on the front paw, but won’t stay in on the back paw. My dog kicked them off within seconds. Didn’t make it out the door. I think the sole is too thick and it twisted when she moved. Plus the top strap was right at her joint so couldn’t really make it tight . She’s 3 legged so the front paw stayed on only bc she sort of hops on it. Maybe it would work for some dogs that’s why I gave 3 stars and seems to be well made. Also my dogs legs are super skinny compared to size of paw. She’s 50 pounds and size 5 seemed to fit her front paw but seemed a bit big for her smaller back paws

They are pretty decent boots, higher then others and waterproof all the way which is hard to find. I wish front paw booties where higher and cover more of the pups legs. I know back paws would be tricky depending on the dog. Overall a good fit. One of the front boot keeps turning but apart from that they are good.

I love these. My dog has severe problems with her back feet. Constant infections from just the ground & elements. She has sensitive skin. These have protected her feet from being wet, cold air, snow, ice melt & ice. These have velcro around the paw & leg for a secure fit. These bottoms are rubber with anti slip grips for safety. Easy slip on. I’ve been through 5 pairs in 2 years before finally finding these. I will buy over & over & over again

Overall, a lifesaver for my doodle's feet in this frigid weather. One boot has fallen off a couple times even though it shouldn't, because has double straps, but I'm very pleased with the quality of the boots!

I have 3 small dogs & they keep there Feet ALL DRY SNOW, RAIN EVERYTHING. There easy to put on once u get use to them . Once there on just pull on the boot to see if they r loose. But I’ve had b 10 pairs of these boots for a good 7 YEARS. You put them in wash machine or just hand wash the bottoms. I also use to have a Pitt bull & he use to wear them. Amazing quality well worth the money. & to keep dogs feet dry much less work less muddy in the house!!

Didn’t last a weak MN winter. Young pup would spin her boot around and the Velcro doesn’t last! With wet snow the red WILL BLEED! Find a better boot! I hope Arcadia Trail will release a good winter boot! Didn’t last two months!

This is not for dogs similar in size to my Amstaff Bully mutt. He stands 19" tall at the shoulder. (for size comparison)The bottom Velcro strap wraps on or just under his dew claw causing discomfort with movement. The back boot doesn't go high enough to cover his back foot bone before the bend. I wanted this for snow but it doesn't protect his back leg while sitting. The build is nice but just not big enough for my dogs size. My dog is not even an XL bully just a 55# Amstaff. So make sure your dog's dew claw isn't trapped! That could really hurt his paw if forced to go on a long walk or dare I say long run with it pinching it's claw or against it.Good for smaller dogs. The paw size was right just poorly placed bottom strap and not enough fabric to cover rear paw while sitting. That is a requirement for a WINTER boot. For your dogs well being just verify the bottom strap doesn't pinch or block the dew claw on front feet. For cold areas without snow and a different built dog these might be good. It's just fall here but I wanted to get my dog use to them first. In the Midwest we WILL get snow just not much now.
