Purchased this item as an alternative to a crate for a new puppy. I factored in her expected adult size so I had room for growth. I use it for her sleep at night and due to it being extremely lightweight, I move into the living area during the day for her feedings since I can secure the flap by zipping it shut. The mesh areas allows her to see out as well as me to see in which I believe reduces stress for a pup. The bottom is water resistant although not water proof, cleans easily and dries fast in case of accidents. I do suggest two people to assemble although I think one could do it if need be.

Fantastic for an 8 week old puppy. Pen is well constructed and sturdy. Metal bars are on outside of pen, allowing more usable space. The instructions for assembly were a bit confusing, but it ultimately came together. Took care of all of our housebreaking concerns. Dismantling back to box was very easy. Highly recommend!

This doggy play pen is easy to assemble. I love the openness and the visibility that my dogs have while being in the pen. I can easily pet them, there is enough room for their beds, blanket and their water bowl. It also gives them more freedom to move around compared to being in their crate. It’s lightweight yet durable.

This Amazing Play Pen Came well packaged and easy to follow directions; I was able to put together in about 30 minutes by myself , a 60 year old women ; excellent Quality and is perfect for our 4 month old cockapoo puppy who was able to escape a different kind of play pen, ... I don't think this playpen is as easily portable but definitely can be taken apart and put back together ,like a tent if need be. Our puppy has plenty of room and he can't collapse it because of the bars that make it stable ; Its seems excellent Quality; I Love it , its perfect for our needs ; also the Tubes are located outside of the living space which gives lots of room, some Playpens come with the Tubes inside, which a puppy can chew on , and I almost purchased one then looked closely at Pics and decided on this one; Im so Happy I did; I highly recommend ... I cannot comment on durability just yet , I will update ...

Enough space for my two standard Yorkies. They can jump out without the top but a blanket will keep them focused on not getting out. Enough space for food dish and pee pad.

Zipper broke on 3rd day of use. Otherwise exceptional play pen. Light weight appears durable other than the zipper.

As a whelping box, a new mother likes to nest and this item is of very good construction. It holds the pups and mom very well. Good for medium or small dog.
