The product needs one thing to rise to 5 star: a training book that can be downloaded. Ebooks are ok if I can make the print large enough for easy reading.

Buttons work well, and are easy to record. My girl Maggie uses two of the buttons to tell me she needs to go outside or wants a treat.Price was very reasonable.

I like the product so far, but I didn’t receive the free training book in the box. I wish I did so I could learn the best way to train my pups. Other than that, they work well so far and I’m excited to teach my puppies how to communicate!

I just got it, so I’m not sure about longevity but other than that I love it! I look forward to teaching my dog how to use them. I was a little disappointed because it comes with a free ebook, to find that the QR code for it sends you to a page that doesn’t exist so there is no access to it.

I have to tell this story: These arrived on a Friday evening, and I immediately showed my three dogs what these are all about -- communication. Later that night, my 16 yo mix Honey had bad diarrhea. She'd been diagnosed with cancer a year earlier, so I thought "this is it" and soonest made an appointment with her vet for euthanasia (i.e., mercy.) Meanwhile, my poor girl needed to go out nearly every two hours through the entire weekend. I kid you not: That dog pounded the button on which I'd recorded "potty, outside" all night long! She understood what the buttons are for that quickly. (Got so I had to hide the darned things, lol!) • Btw, my overly smart Honey is fine and still here! Turns out she'd only caught a digestion bug.
