These are perfect. Buttons work great, stickers are very odd but funny. Buttons don't attach to mat but it's fine.

I bought Buttons for Communication for my two cats. Cats are not as smart as dogs and require more patience, but I will spend more time learning with them. The quality of these buttons is great, and the sound playback is very clear.

I love this! Very simple to use! I'm teaching my cat to use them! My cat has not learned yet! But this button is perfect!

Half the buttons broke with in 3 days. Maybe better for cats or small dogs. One of them broke from my kid pressing it to get our dog to realize the button would get him dinner.

Bought these for my dog after seeing them in some videos online. They are easy to program, and stay in place on the mat without sliding around. My dog is still trying to learn the 1st button lol. Might take a while to get to 8 haha.

I purchased the 4 Dog Talking Button Set for my friend Lizzy’s dog, Mary. These buttons have been a great tool for enhancing communication between them. Each button is small and compact, making them easy to place around the house without taking up too much space. They're just the right size for Mary to press with her paw, and the 30-second voice recording feature is fantastic. Lizzy can customize each button with specific commands or words, helping Mary communicate her needs more clearly.

So I've already started this process with the "my talking dog" original buttons. My dogs are mastiffs. They're big, they're drooly, they're doofusses. While the my talking dog buttons where great, these are so much better for my guys for so many reasons. 1- they're much bigger (better for big snoots) 2- theyre much louder. 3- theyre not AS perceceptible to drool. Now that doesn't mean they're perfect for everyone. If your dog is a brute, these are the buttons for you. They're bigger, but they are a little more difficult and require a good bump to activate. I used craft velcro to attach them to both the Mat and the wall. (They have a "needs" selection above their bowls [food, water, outside, bedtime] on the wall, and a "feelings" section that's on the floor nearby [mad, cuddles] so they can differentiate) and I have no issue with my 150lb brutes moving the buttons. The sound is good quality and I haven't come across any buttons yet that don't work yet but I've only activated 7 out of 9 so far. I do like that the mats are separated so that you can use them in separate parts of the house. That is definitely a huge bonus. I also like that they use AAA instead of watch batteries. Definitely cheaper and more sustainable for how often they're used with multiple dogs. The stickers included - while some of them are ridiculous, a lot of them are straight forward enough for me to remember which button is which. Like I said, this isn't the beginning of the journey for us, so we started with 7 of 9 buttons. Ours were food, water, outside, bedtime, cuddles, and mad in the main living area, with an additional outside button on the wall at the back door. The key is to make sure YOU are pushing the buttons when you do these things while your dog is learning. Don't wait for them to push the buttons, they will understand the correlation as long as you are pushing the buttons before the action happens. E.g. if you fill the food bowl push the food button first, if you're going to let them outside- push the outside button first. They will surprise you by pushing the button the very first time you're late with their perceived schedule. The key thing is to stick with it and be persistent. Overall, I'm super happy with the price, the quality and the inclusions and this is not my first rodeo. Make the purchase, definitely wish these were available when we started this journey!

I was finally able to set this up to use with my dogs. Before I started to record on one of them I hit the button and there was already a recording on it. I was half way through recording the buttons so I tested the last of them and they also had recordings on them. It sounded like someone was saying hello on all of them but one, and they were all different voices. I thought that one of the buttons was broken as well, but when I took the batteries out and put them back in it started working. The recordings come through fairly clear, but my one dog seems a little freaked out with them. Hopefully they will get used to them and start using them

Easy to use basic buttons for trying out ways to communicate with your pet. The reason I gave it a four star rating is because the buttons do not secure to the mat like some do, which was what I was expecting. They can and do move around. Other than that, I think it will be fun working on teaching my Aussie to communicate with them.

The day they arrived, I tested the buttons and immediately found one of them had a speaker issue. Less than a week later, it failed to play at all. 6 months later, I'm noticing more of the buttons have random speaker issues. I've seen and heard my dog hit the button, but no sound comes out - not even the low battery beeps. I've changed the batteries, but the issue has persisted. The buttons are also part of her top 3 favorites ("walk," "play," and "outside"). The mat and the exterior of the buttons still look great. Besides stickers I altered, they are still solid and without damage - and my pup has big, rough paws.

It's fine. The speaker quality isn't great, even after trying to record it many times holding the button at various distances from myself when speaking, so I don't feel like the words sound terribly clear. Biggest gripe though is that the battery only lasted a week (brand new duracell batteries I had just purchased). I am not sure why it is draining the batteries so quickly, but that is going to get expensive if that is the case.

I really wanted to like these. When placed they looked nice and it was easy to record. I do wish it recorded an extra second or two. They move around though. Also one of the buttons doesn’t work and it’s not durable the ones that work need to pressed a certain way to work

Well I wanted to teach my 6months Husky communication buttons and for his 6th birthday I gifted him same. He is using them amazing and he learned in no time. Although I read all reviews majority of those mentioned about one button which stopped working and I ignored those I thought it might be in some cases. But no genuinely the one pink colour button is actually faulty.. it worked first day and then later before even using it the sound started coming so low that we could not even hear. We interchanged the cells but still the issue persist. I think if we pay this much money this should not happen.. Good part is it has mat and stickers.. But I’m still disappointed with this one faulty button. Not worth a buy.. I’m giving 3 star only for other three buttons and the mat and stickers provided. Although later point even the mat is not useful but still giving the point for that..
