I didn’t find any problems with the volume or static on the buttons as others had said. I did however, have issues every lithium battery that was in the package was crimped. I’ve never seen a battery like that before in my life so all those batteries had to go in the trash. That was frightening to me and a waste. The box was in perfect condition, it was not from delivery.

It's a really nice idea, but because the mat is slippery, the buttons fly around everywhere when the dog pushes them with her paw. I still love the fact that my dog can communicate using these!

This product enabled my dog to begin speaking with a week. The durable buttons of various colors keep my dog engaged. She has been so excited and is super eager to communicate. Ease of use and functionality are A+

Funcionan bien, el audio es fuerte pero se soluciona alejandote del botón cuando grabas. Mi perra ya sabía usarlos y pues me gusta que los puedes etiquetar libremente y es más fácil de identificar para los dueños

Disappointed in the quality as 1 stopped working all of a sudden and one had trouble recording. I would like to received 2 replacement (red and yellow Buttons) if possible. I have 3 toy dogs and 1 medium size dogs. It's very hard for the toy dogs to use them as the buttons are harder for them to press down sound it be possible to return for a refund?
