I ordered this last minute because I had a breeding pair that was quite inexperienced in breeding but with the assistance of the stand it made the process quite a bit easier.

While this may look like some medieval torture device, it actually is very helping in keeping dogs safe during breeding. Stainless steel makes it easy to sanitize. Well constructed and sturdy.

This is a solid stand, and becomes quite compact for storage or transportation. I was impressed how flat it can fold, even after assembly. But it holds the dog pretty securely, and it's especially nice the length can be adjusted to fit your breed. The bands are well padded so the dog can be more comfortable. While this is mainly meant for breeding, and works to keep small dogs safe, this also works at keeping them still for grooming. If you raise dogs professionally and raise small breeds, this seems like a good investment.
