My GSD with arthritic hips and knees loves this bed. It was low on price but is plenty squishy for him to be able to get a good night's sleep. I also like that it is not too puffy like some of the other beds, which has caused him to slip and fall off of them. This bed has a nice tack to the underside which allows it to stay in place. I have also found that it does not seem to be something that my puppy is interested in chewing like the other classic stuffed beds, making this one a winner for me.

Should have purchased a smaller size it was bigger than expected but the quality was chefs kiss so worth the money. My chocolate lab loves her cushion she will not lay in the crate with out it.

The description is pretty much accurate. I gave a rating of only 3 stars because the mat does not withstand a dog's nails. My boxer tore through the mat the first time used. The 3 stars is to help future customers know that the mat will not stand up to scratchers. The mat worked well for my German Shepherd. Other than not withstanding scratchers, it is a good mat.

This Dog Bed Crate Pad for Extra Large Dogs is for our Anatolian Shepherd Dog. She's an outside dog and I feel she needed something cushiony to lay on on the back porch. She prefers to lay on this pad instead of the bare concrete or the moving blanket we tried, so she must like it! Also,it fits in the large crate we have for her when the weather outside is too bad and she comes in to the warm dry house.

Whole reason I bought this was because it was machine washable and it ripped on the first wash. I don’t recommend this if you’re hoping to buy something you can easily clean. Extremely disappointed with the quality. Not durable at all.

Less than an inch thick, seems too stiff to be washable, but nice and plush.
