I can't get the pet balance disc to inflate all the way. I bought the item to use on my dog.

The disc is misshapen because of the way it was packaged for shipping (deflated and folded in half). The disc is also more ballon-like and less like a flat disc that is pictured in the item description. Pump comes with a plastic needle that is too large to use for this item. Took me a while, but I finally found the metal needle hidden inside the handle of the pump. Instructions would have been nice. The instructions for the pump do not match the pump that was included. I chose this item because it was supposed to be specifically geared towards pet physical therapy, and I thought it would be better quality. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with one of the other options available on Amazon for half the price.

This is a good item for dog training and rehab, but the included pump to blow it up is absolute garbage. There is a nozzle that is supposed to screw into the pump but there are no threads in the pump to hold it. I spent an hour trying to inflate this cushion. Luckily we had an actual operational air pump. You'll need one too or this cushion will never be usable.

It is a nice product and one disk is very apropriate for small dogs! My only complain is that my disc dis not stayed totally “round” after the pump: 2 spots where the plastic came folded (when boxed) have a mark on it that gives it a weird shape. No big deal, bur thats the reason I gave 4 stars.

It really has little to nothing to keep it disk shaped. It ended up with multiple indentions around the sides where it will not fill into shape at all, and goes spherical long before it even fills out to the sides. It gets too spherical too fast, so they may as well be balancing on a ball, or it can be so uninflated that their paws go more than half to the ground. There's no point in which it is a disc or able to support a dog as in the pictures. It does seem thick, so would probably hold up to dog claws okay.Inflation pump broke after about 6 pumps, getting only a little air into the stand, and had to use another.

I am rehabbing my 16lb chihuahua mix after a neurological issue. The goal is to strengthen her leg. This product has been very useful. She climbed on it the first day and was not afraid of the disc. Came with great directions and easy to blow up and use.

I love it! When the package arrived it was missing the needle to inflate but they contact me and send me a bunch just in case!!! I really recomend!
