4.Push the button(c) towards to the direction of arrow and the reset button(a) will be back when you hear the "Click" sound.

Family of four and each of us got a section for passport and important documents. I brought some label for names from Walmart wish it came with it also but love this✨ no smell.. It's sturdy. I got the color grey one and it's nice. I thought it was gonna be bluky but it wasn't which I like means can fit on shelves (More space) it's not light to feel breakable. It fit folders we had to section. The organization is good. The zipper ones and card holding.

Very functional, roomy, and practical. I got a black one for notary supplies and a gray one for personal documents. The lock mechanism works wonderfully. The gray one has a horrible stench to it. Stunk up my whole bedroom. Black one didn’t smell at all. I’m keeping it hoping the smell with eventually go away. Fingers crossed.

Purchased this to store photos and a copy of critical documents. There are a ton of products like this listed and I was lucky to pick the right one. The item is a small size brief case, with a sturdy handle and a good zipper closure. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material. The interior is exactly as described, has a lot of pocket inserts to help with organization. I feel confident after receiving this item that my documents will be protected. I recommend this item!

This is a soft sided case, not so much a "box" so just be aware of that. I like the organizational pieces that are included to help you take care of important documents. It's nice to have the case water proof and fire resistant. We gave it to my son and daughter in law for their apartment and feel like it will be a help to them.

Although the size is perfect, there are a few things that I don’t care for regarding this product. The outer material is strange! It almost feels like duct tape. The flaps are ok, but I would prefer them to be removable. And the combination is extremely difficult to operate since it’s on a soft side bag. I don’t really care for the fact that when unlocked, the correct combination has to stay in view in order to clip the zippers in place and relock. Hence, anyone who looks at the bag while it’s unlocked, can see your combination pin. Will probably return, but still searching for the idea product. 3.5 stars.

Really happy with this bag. We are a family of four and there’s a section for everyone’s important documents, then just a general section. It feels really nice to be able to have all the important documents for the whole family organized and in one location. Knowing that it is fire proof also provides me comfort.
