I’m very happy that I came across this product and decided to try it out. I’m always getting what feels like tennis elbow while lifting. This product has taken that feeling away and I feel a lot more stable during my lifts. Very happy with this product!

These thing appear to be very well made but not for elbow support. These thing are hard and bulky the elasticity on them is like a 10 pound spring. It’s like stretching those work out bands. Very uncomfortable. Maybe I’ll keep them to strap things on the back of my truck or in the garage.

There was a bit of a learning curve with getting the wraps installed properly-thankfully some kind folks posted videos of how to use them. I didn’t like them at first, but once I got them in the right position they gave me great elbow support. Was able to lift like I used to-very happy with them. They have a texture down the middle that stops them sliding around. Once they’re positioned where you want them they stay there. Good build quality-very impressed

This wrap works amazing. I've had elbown pain for years and I've tried and used a lot of different elbow support and wraps. This wrap has provided the best support while training, velcro is strong and will not unravel, material is tight and holds my elbow in place. The only thing I would suggest is to enlarge the loop so I can slide it up to my elbow for ease of use.

I took away one star because of the flimsy loop that’s supposed to help with the first wrap around. It doesn’t really work no matter how you try to use it.I ended up putting it on and pulling it right where I wanted it, and then marked it and stitched it permanently. (See photos) So that first loop is now a slip on, and I just put it in place and wrap up the elbow. It’s pretty sturdy otherwise, and it works very well. Much better than any neoprene slip on.

So if you are like me and you bought these and they shown up in the mail, you were probably looking at the loop and being like "These won't even fit into my wrist" .. well, after a few minutes I realized that its like the wrist wraps I have, where you put the other end through the loop then you can put your arm through the loop you made with the elbow wrap and just tighten it like you are about to shoot up. Its stiff and I am sure it will break in eventually and hopefully the stitching lasts, these make your elbow very firm and tight, this is coming from someone who uses sleeves. My only real issue is that the elbow wrap isn't very long so you gotta figure out a starting point and make sure to wrap the elbow joint. 40'' seem to be the norm for elbow wraps which makes sense because you don't want to cut circulation off from the bicep/tricep and stop em from contracting, just want to keep the elbow joint secure. I recommend to anyone buying this to watch a few videos online on how to wrap 40'' elbow wraps or else you are going to have a bad time because its so easy to mess them up, they are not as easy as knee wraps but you can also use knee wraps for your elbows by stitching your own loop. cheers!

The elastic wrap itself is quality material. Made from durable elastic. The defect in these wraps is the Velcro. The nap side of the Velcro is sewn into the wrap and is apart of elastic. This part does not stretch with the elastic and it has already torn away from the system after 3 uses. The hook & loop is also a lower grade and has begun tearing away. Eventually these new elbow wraps will be unusable. Not a recommend.
