PROBLEM SOLVING PRIMER
BOSS is a water-based paint primer that blocks odors, stains, and stops bleed through. BOSS is a problem solver product and not needed for every project.
MULTI-SURFACE USE
It works on many surfaces, including wood, plastic, and more. Our primers come in three colors: White, Clear, and Gray.
HOW TO USE
Clean surface first with White Lightning (sold separately) then apply Bonding BOSS. Allow to dry approximately one hour. Apply a second coat of Bonding BOSS and allow to dry for 24 hours before painting with Dixie Belle Paint.

This is a fabulous base coat! I always used slick stick, but this dries clear it's perfect.

I really like this product. I got the clear, but it goes on frosted and stays where you put it! Paint adheres really good. Wish it had been available before now.

Slick stick is a primer for slick surfaces. I had a French Provincial that I was refinishing and it was probably from the 1970s. The top was a laminate and the sides were similar. In order to repaint I needed slick stick. Worked like a charm. Dixie Belle has come up with a new, combined primer that combines Boss with Slick Stick, so I don't know how much of this is still out there. But it works and I recommend it.
