I use it for my bunny's house as the base layer under his silicone mat and bedding. It's to catch anything that escapes the silicone mat. So far it's caught liquids well. It's not good for animals if their feet are directly touching it since the claws can poke holes and this is made for human use. Other than that, I'll put it in the bunny's pillow's case so the pillow itself doesn't get dirty. Everything has been well protected from any liquids so for human use, I'd say that this is a good product. Also because it's so big, you won't have to fret much about liquids escaping onto the bed itself.

These pads are very large making them versatile for many different uses. The seem to have average absorbency, handling moderate messes with ease. They are slightly thinner and less plush/soft than some other pads making below average in terms of comfort but for the price it can be expected.

This is a pack of 10 thick, highly absorbent bed pads known in hospitals as "chucks" which help with sick or incontinent people who are bed bound.These pants are high quality and very absorbent, but they are also very durable and can be used day after day if they don't get soiled. They are the perfect size and thickness to be used under any size person without irritating them or causing any leaks onto bed linens.They are well built and will stay in place, alleviating any safety concerns of the pads falling and the patient slipping on them, or coming apart and breathing in dust or pieces of the rift material. We have been able to use them until they get soiled and Grandma doesn't even realize they are there.If you are taking care of a senior or sick person in your home, I highly recommend picking these up. This is a high quality pad that in most cases is actually larger and thicker than chucks you would get in the hospital. Very high quality!

We've gone through various brands this past year, and these hold us as well as any, and with the greater size, cover a nice expansive area. You may find yourself going through them more rapidly with dogs, but I'm sure they will do the job just as well.One review here raised the question of odor elimination - not really. The absorption does help minimize this a little bit, but you will still notice. The main use of these pads is containment, not elimination; but very reliable for this, and makes for quick cleanup and disposal.One last plus - these arrived in a very sturdy box that will store on your pet-supply shelf very easily.
