I don’t like that they are made slightly larger on the top side and it won’t fit my holder unless I grind them down a bit I think that they are nice and sharp i use them for cutting Leather

This is not surgical grade. I expect it would be helpful for around the home uses, but it is not the surgical grade I am used to using.
