The E board is 1/4 short and the G board won't seat up to the E board on the top. There is a gap where the E board does not touch the floor. After finishing putting it together it just looks lopsided.We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these problems when assembling your product. It seems that the E-board is 1/4 shorter, which prevents the G-board from aligning correctly with the E-board above it, resulting in a gap between the E-board and the floor, making the whole product look crooked.We recommend that you try tapping on the G-plate. There may be some sawdust or debris blocking the holes in the E-board. If you tap the board hard enough, it may allow the screws to fit better and make a stronger connection. Once this problem is solved, the E board should be properly aligned.The product is unstable, see if you have installed the back panel clasps, which will make the display case stable.Please try this method and let us know if it works.Thank you for your patience and understanding.Thank you for replying to us and detailing the issues you are experiencing with the plates and bolts. My husband needed more storage in his office to show off his collectibles and this storage cabinet was a great find. The cabinet itself has 5 shelves and offers a lot of capacity for showing off display items. The glowing LED on both sides helps show off the Marvel/Geek collectibles already filling every shelf I love how the LED isn't on all the time like his other display cabinet. This one is reactive and sits asleep until someone walks up to it to look and that point it comes on shows everything off. Its a small feature, but a really nice touch. The black color material is looks and feels nice and it matches his existing desk and other accents in his office. The material arrived packed well and undamaged. The whole assembly went together smoothly and feels sturdy. Overall a nice display accent peace for his office filled with collectibles.

I’ve been looking for a solution to store all of my bags, but also have them easily on display so that I can choose between them without having to sort through different shelves. I immediately fell in love with this because not only does it have enough shelving and space for me, but also it has built-in lights which looks so cool. I have the option to keep the light off at all times or have it on motion sensing. Assembly was quite easy. It only took me about 45 minutes on my own and everything was included and properly labeled. The instructions were also quite clear and easy to follow. It is heavy weight and does not move or slide around easily. The doors open and close smoothly. I’m really happy with how this has turned out. It would be so awesome if I was able to change the color of the lights.

I love the black and light, but the door is throwing me off. They are not aligned, and the spacing is uneven. The screws marred the wood, and they don't fit properly. The price is too high for a low-quality product, but it will do for now.

I am very happy with my purchase and feel like I got a great cabinet for the money.It isn't super heavy, but it's sturdy. It has a nice laminate feel to it, unlike those cheap particle board bookcases where the shelves sag. It was packed securely and arrived with no damages. The doors are quite dark when turned off, but all three lighting options do a terrific job illuminating the shelves from top to bottom. I wasn't interested in the "motion sensor" option, but it can be turned on and off.Construction took some time and was a bit involved, but not complicated. The directions were mostly illustrations and fairly simple to follow. And YES, there is a gap between the doors at first, but it shows you how to adjust the hinges to fix it.The only minor negatives are that the lighting controls are located on the side of the unit, limiting where you can place it or what you can put next to it. Also there are no options / openings for running cords through the back, so you can't really place anything inside that needs plugged in.

Over all a good product exactly the look I was going for. I ended up getting a piece that was incorrectly manufactured and got in contact with them and got the part I needed within a few weeks. Doors take some adjusting but there are plenty of places to adjust as needed. Customer service 5 stars, cabinet itself 4.0-4.5 stars doors are a bit cheaply manufactured but for the price point I’m overall happy and excited for the display of my belongings.
