This bookshelf is perfect for my living room space. I did have to tweak the backing a little bit to make it fit into the slots, but all in all it was simple to put together and it looks really nice.

Very sturdy and well made. It’s much heavier than I thought it would be. It took about thirty minutes to put together but it was well worth it!

I have two of these. They are light weight but can hold the stuff! I've attached photo of back so you can see that back is actually 4 individual pieces w/brace between and extra clips - not just one piece of cardboard tacked on to the back. I got the legs instead of the flat bottom and really like the raised look - as well as being able to vacuum underneath (but that's me). The legs are molded plastic but attach tightly and are very sturdy. I don't think the assemble took me more than 30 minutes per unit and all the tools were provided. I am very happy with these.

We bought two of these to shield our blinds from our anxious pup and provide space to display family photos and collectibles. These bookcases went together easily and look great in front of the windows. There is lots of space to display items while the solid back keeps the blinds out of sight and out of mind for our anxious pup when we are away. The only issue we had was the last shelf on one unit did not have the screw holes drilled all the way through. It was an easy fix but also a bit inconvenient. These shelves were a good value compared to other options we considered. The shelves were well packaged and protected with clear illustrations showing how to assemble them. The body is a compressed wood fiber product with a wood grain pattern and wood looking finish applied. The legs are cheap plastic, so heavy items may not be a good idea on these shelves. They do come with the stabilizer straps to keep them from tipping over. Our floor is not completely level, so we may look into adding some leveling feet from the hardware store at some point, but, overall, we are pleased with the product we received.

It was super easy to put together by myself. It holds a lot of books without taking up a lot of extra room, and looks amazing. Doesn't look cheap. I'm thinking of buying another to put beside it.

After reading reviews I was a tad hesitant to order this but I'm glad that I took a chance. It's exactly what I wanted. The bookshelf is sturdy, easy to assemble and good quality. It will be fun playing around with it. I threw some stuff together just to take a photo. Happy shelving! One thing to note is that there are no caps for the screws so when the bookcase is empty, you will see the silver screws. They aren't as noticeable once its decorated with books and such.

I was able to build this solo as a pretty petite person, so it is not hard to put together. Instructions are clear and parts were all packaged really well. The box itself was thick too, and I'm glad that was the case as the outside arrived wet on one end. Although it looked pretty, I can't attest to it's sturdiness since it is super wobbly and the screws are very apparent (wish there was a way to cover the screws). I was afraid that the shelf would just topple over so I put some cardboard to wedge the front legs and have it tilt more towards the wall, and put all my heavy items on the bottom and middle shelf as to distribute the rest of the weight.

I ordered this for my office. It fits nicely against the wall, it is not too big. Books fit nicely on the shelves and theres is plenty of room for whatever you need. I checked the dimensions before ordering because i needed something slimmer and this is a good product. Alot of pieces but not too hard to assemble. It is sturdy. It is a very nice piece of furniture for a good price.

Taking the price into consideration this is a pretty good bookshelf to buy.Package comes in a fairly compact box and took me about 20 mins for assembly. The main panels are not wood, but have what looks to be a durable wood like vinyl finish. The feet are lightweight molded plastic. Hardware included pretty comprehensive, even includes a basic screwdriver for those that don't have one. When assembled, the bookcase is pretty lightweight and fairly stable side to side. Front to back it does pose a risk of tipping - I recommend some sort of wall anchor if you have kids or if it's going be in an area where it gets bumped. The plastic feet do not have any sort of rubber grip or felt under, and are non adjustable for leveling. May need to use a shim for stability. Do not overtighten the screws for the feet as you'll strip the mounting holes. If I had to point out a weak spot, it would be the feet. Careful with any sort of pressure or force on them other than from top to bottom when moving the unit. Again do not overtighten the screws. The screws that hold the 'wood' panels together are a good length, however they do protrude a tiny bit when tightened down. I did not try to tighten them further to get them flush for fear of stripping them or damaging the panel. It's only a tiny bit but it's there.Once loaded with books and some items, it does gain stability due to the additional weight - be mindful of weight distribution if unanchored, top-heavy will make it more tip prone. It's a handsome piece and for the price a good value. Furniture in general has gotten very expensive. It's not a piece you'll have for decades, but it'll hold up to daily use and some abuse.
