Description
Dish Chlorine Concentrate creates 5-gallons of diluted solution with 2.8 % wt available chlorine. This chlorine based product cleans dishware, glasses and utensils. Intended for use in low temperature dishwasher machines and as a cleaner for non-porous food contact services. Great for use in any food service kitchen including restaurants, diners, hotels and not-for-profits.
Shipped as a concentrate, each bottle is diluted with water to make 5-gallons of powerful Dish Chlorine with 2.8% available chlorine (Pail is not included). Follow instructions on bottle to set proper chlorine levels between 50-100 ppm.

Low Temperature Dishwasher, 3-Compartment Sink and General Hard Surface Cleaning
Directions: Before use, the Dish Chlorine Concentrate should be diluted with water (See Product Mixing Instructions) to create 5-gallons of Dishwasher Solution with 2.8% available chlorine. For use in low temperature dishwasher machines with water temperature above 120 °Farenheit. To ensure proper cleaning of kitchen wares, free chlorine levels of 100 ppm is required at dishwasher machine water and contact time of at least 7 seconds. Remove all food particles and soil from kitchen wares by pre-scraping and pre-flushing. Place soiled kitchen wares into racks that exposes items to unobstructed spray and allows the items to drain. Place into dishwasher run wash cycle with appropriate detergent. Using automatic chemical dispenser inject Dish Chlorine solution into dishwasher during the final rinse step to reach a concentration of 100 ppm available chlorine. To achieve this level adjust feeding device to meter in 1-oz of Dish Chlorine Solution per 2 gallons of fresh water. Test point-of-use water with chlorine test kit and increase if levels drop below 50 ppm.

We bought this and its companion products to replenish our commercial dishwasher. It was delivered quickly, easy to use, and clearly colored coded for safety. Due to the potency of the concentrate, it might be best mixed outdoors and with a mask.
