I probably should have suggested against it but who knew the dangers of playing what seems to be such an innocent game or activity. Let me tell you a story..It all began the day my 31 year old husband decided to he wanted to relive his youth and have a hacky sack again. Mind you, weโre pretty active people. At the time of purchase, he had lost 50lbs, we were hiking on the weekends, he wanted to get a mountain bike, etc.Fast forward to the weekend when he finally had time to test out his former skills. He was loving it. It reminded him of an easier time, he wanted to be able to share this experience with our two sons and get exercise in the process. Two hours later of vigorous kicking, jumping and just pure fun, I found my husband doubled over in our front yard, unable to walk. I rushed him to the urgent care for an X-ray and was told to seek an appointment with an orthopedist who told us two weeks later that not only did he tear his meniscus on both sides of his knee, he also ripped his ACL clean off. He now has a cadaver ACL in his left knee and has fully recovered after 9 weeks after surgery and physical therapy.I am in no way blaming the company or suggesting others not buy one. My husband has what Iโve always lovingly called the โun-Midas touchโ so things break or get misplaced regularly. I highly recommend buying a hacky sack for those who arenโt as unlucky.

Excellent footbag! The insde is perfectly filled, not too much, not too little. The material is very durable. Both the filling and the outside material make this thing perfect for stalls and easy control. Highly recommend this footbag for beginners and experienced alike.
