purchase this to keep an eye on the temperature in my small animal cage. Live out here in the desert so we have very high temps. So far so good its helping us know when the temperature rises to high.

Accuracy is pretty decent. I have a terrarium that cycles thru temperatures and I wanted to make sure I have good accuracy. I bought 2 . One for each side of my terrarium. I checked temperature with a temperature gun and they matched very well .

This works great. I do notice it’s a little slow at gauging but overall it’s totally worth the buy. I can’t speak for longevity because we just purchased it but it’s easy to use and came with everything I need to set it up.

The thermometer is perfect. The digital read out is nice and big, which makes it easy to see, and it seems to be accurate.The adhesive backing on the other hand is horrible. It didn’t even hold for 24 hours. But since it was easily fixable with a Command Strip, I’m not making a federal case out of that.All in all it’s a great thermometer for a reasonable price.

I got this for my sulcata tortoise. I wanted to see the temperatures and his humid hide (working on getting them up). Although most of these are a few degrees off, this was the most accurate one that I could find.

Not sure if accurate. Not sure if the adhesive to stick the thermometer to glass is going to last. The packaging was dirty, with sticky stuff on the front and back. I would not be surprised if this item has been used, returned and sent out to again without checking for clean, original packaging quality. Not too happy with this experience.

This product seems to act ok, I haven't had any major issues with it. The main thing is that I will mist down an enclosure (40 gallon) and come back 30 minutes later and the humidity read out is only increased 1-3% sometimes. I definitely mist more than that so I do question the accuracy on occasion, but the temp reads within a degree or two of my temp gun so I'm ok with that part.

UPDATE: I showed my husband, (I should have showed from the start). Apparently the pieces that need to meet with the battery in 2 spots weren’t, he was able to adjust it with tweezers AND it is working as expected! This product stopped working. Received it April 2nd 2021. It was dead 5 weeks later, I thought it needed a new battery- finally put the brand new one in and it still doesn’t work

Se compró originalmente para medir la temperatura en el interior del terrario pero recomiendo usar un medidor con sonda ya que mi espécimen se la pasa tirando este medidor. Lo ocupo ahora para medir la temperatura externa y saber cuando hay excelente clima para sacar a mi espécimen.
