We used this to see how the very tiny trichomes were developing on our plants and it worked great! We also used it for coins with the same awesome results. Love how easy it was to set up and also loved how easy it was to adjust both the lens and the tray. So glad I picked this one up, it's turned out to be so much worth every penny spent! đ Would recommend it to anyone and I'd most certainly buy from this dealer again. Happy day, happy day! âď¸đ

This is a good option for leisure use at home. I ise it to take a closer look for scratches and any dents or scrapes in my accessories.Setting up is pretty straightforward. I found connecting the lens body to the main pole a bit of a struggle. The lens lights up when used and it is easy to move up and down when trying to focus. The monitor screen is not HD quality or anything like that but for the price paid I think it is decent.My main issue is the stability of this unit, especially since the material is plastic, it is very lightweight. So i need to be careful that it does not topple, when I push the buttons of the menu option. Because of this, it can sometimes feel as a very useful toy rather than any professional equipment.I grade based on the purpose I bought it and how it serves that vs the price I paid for the item.

Wanted to start collecting coins and didn't want to spend alot on a microscope. This fit the bill and it functions very well. Came with two 32gb sd cards. The light is very bright which makes it much easier to see detail. Battery holds up well but if it dies you can plug it in and keep using it.

The microscope itself is great. It requires 6+ hours of charging before 1st use. Assembly instructions are non existentâŚwhich proved frustrating.So basically, there are 4 pieces (the digital screen, an aluminum post, the black plastic base, and a black âbracketâ).1) Attach the black plastic bracket to the aluminum post by sliding the bracket over the post from the bottom end of the post, ie the all aluminum end. IF you try to push it on and it wonât budge, get a tiny screw driver and loosen the 2 tiny inset screw on the bracket. That will open/widen the bracket hole enough for the post to pass through. You will then be able to turn the side knobs on the bracket to facilitate the bracket moving up/down the post.2) Push the bottom end of the post, ie the all aluminum end, into the black plastic base. (Ours is a tight push and almost feels impossible to push inâŚbut itâs secure.) Stand Assemled!3) Just put the scope of the digital screen into the bracket holder and tighten or adjust to your liking.We havenât connected ours to a computer yet. And our sd card was not already installed. We didnât do that yet either as our child took it, turned it on, and has been inspecting everything we own with this microscope. 𤪠Yes, you can use it âfree formâ OR put it in the said stand we had so much âfunâ assembling. We literally read every other review looking for âinstructionsââŚbut to no avail, so hope this helps.And honestly, as I am writing this our kid is showing me the couch fabric with this microscope and the pic on the screen is amazingly clear and shows insanely detailed cross threads. We will definitely keep this and possibly get another.

Great product. It has a memory chip, or you can simply plug it right into your computers port if you like. You can make videos or still pics. Great for projects that require good magnification without distortion like gemstones or coin collections. Has good battery life and nice solid construction itâs not a flimsy plastic that will break easily it is a mix of heavier duty plastics and metals and is really quite easy to use.

I bought this microscope for my sonâs 15th birthday. It works so much better than I thought it would. My son is using it to inspect coins for flaws. He loves it! For the price, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. The screen is crystal clear and the focus works so easily! Great design! So glad I chose this one.
