It's palm size, small enough to fit in my pocket. It's accurate. I recommend it! The only thing I want to mention is that when I hold it in my hand, the temperature is affected by my body temperature for the next 5 minutes. When I leave it on the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes, then it shows the right temperature.

The Temino thermometers are accurate to each other and to my more expensive UEI thermometer. I used to use AccuRite thermometer (in the background), but doubted the accuracy. The Temino thermometer looks more accurate and it tracks the change in temperature faster because it shows down to decimal point. I am satisfied with it.I read some reviews which pointed out the battery door is difficult to open. I do not have any difficulty in opening and closing the door. I believe the reviewer tried to open the battery door without deploying the tilt leg. If the tilt leg is not deployed, it does block the battery door from opening.

Items are exactly what I was seeking. The backs do not come off easily to put the batteries in, and once you open it and put the batteries in, you cannot snap it closed again. I had to tape the back closed. But they work, the temps and humidity are on target. You get what you pay for, but they do the job.

I ordered 6 of these thermometers. When they arrived I sat them next to each other to check their accuracy. Several had the same readings, and the others were only 1 degree different in temperature and humidity. The readings matched those on an all-in-one clock I already owned.I like that the thermometers are white, and that they are small. They blend in with my decor, so that they aren’t eyesores. Even though they’re small, I find them easy to read, even without my glasses. The icons are handy for helping me keep my home’s humidity at a normal level. (There have been times when I needed to increase or decrease the humidity; we have drastic humidity changes in my area.). Although they have a magnet for hanging, I appreciate the easel stand, because it provides more choice in where they can be placed. All are still running on their original batteries.

I have radiant ceiling heat installed in multiple rooms in my 3,700 sq. ft. house and, while I love the heat they put out, they are notorious for being a bit fickle to monitor and control. I bought half a dozen of these thermometers to install next to the mechanical thermostat of each room with ceiling heat. They tell me the accurate temperature in each room and help me adjust the thermostat accordingly. As you can see from the pictures, these types of thermostats don't always tell you what the temperature really is (and most mechanical thermostat manufacturers don't even put numbers on their thermostat, they just give you a "comfort range").I tested the thermometers in parts of the house that have "normal" room heaters and thermostats and can vouch for the thermometers' accuracy. For me, they are the perfect size for what I want and give you big digital numbers that are easy to read. The humidity gauge is a bonus and it's always nice to know what the humidity is in individual rooms, as that can vary from room to room. I'm very pleased with these thermometers and feel they are great value and give you the essential information you need without all the fuss and complications of giving you TOO much information.P.S. For those who have trouble with the battery compartment, it's very easy to open if you prop open the kickstand first and then open the battery compartment. The door of the compartment will slide easily out so you can install or replace batteries.
