I was worried about damaging the roof. RV dealer said this was the right stuff. It is :) Strong enough to clean, gentle enough to avoid damaging the liner.

Owner of a FR NoBo 20.3. After a few months of use and then sitting I made my journey up to the roof to be horrified at how dirty it was. My beautiful white clean roof looked like a wreck. Attempt 1 was soap and water with a scrub brush. Not a big change. This is our first RV and I was warned to take extra care and all will be good besides the normal RV issues. I searched and searched and after ready some reviews I decided to give this product a try. It’s a little pricey compared to just using bleach or cheaper products for mildew and mold but honestly I was worried since they weren’t specifically for RV rubber roofs. Product was delivered and back up to the roof for round 2! This product worked fast and was easy to use. Sprayed on and scrubbed. Let it sit for a minute and scrubbed again. Rinsed and wow was I amazed! There was my beautiful white shinny roof all squeaky clean and ready for more adventures! A little does go a long way. The product was delivered good with no leakage.

Good product, I got rid of the contamination very quick, I didn't know if it was to hard for the vying so I didn't take a chance, I wash it off whit soft soap after the job was done. Very satisfied

In this photo that is just one pass with me pre-rinsing the dirt off the roof. I just used a tarry towel and this stuff in spray bottle. Now, I will admit that this does NOT get deep stains out. However, I’m not super picky about the roof color. What I want is to get rid of excessive dirt and seal the roof. This does both of these well. What others complain about is the fact that the stains remain, but if you look closely at the photo you’ll see that the water heads off a bit. This is what’s important. I’m not sure what’s in this stuff, but it does a good job knocking down the big stuff and then “curing” or “sealing” roof. If you want your roof to last, you’ll want to apply something of this magnitude from time to time.

Washed roof with combination of mild soap and bleach. Got loose dirt off but roof still looked dirty. Used Dicor Rubber Roof Cleaner and a scrub brush. It took a fair amount of scrubbing but the roof came out very clean. Used on a 32 foot fifth wheel trailer. I used about 2/3 of a gallon and it took around three plus hours of scrubbing with a hand brush. The cleaner did leave white streaks on the sides of the trailer, even though I kept the sides wet when cleaning the roof. I had to wash the trailer after cleaning the roof. The streaks came off easily. White residue was on the hose, and the ground after the cleaning was finished. Overall the product did a nice job but expect lots of scrubbing to get embedded dirt from the roof, and expect to wash the trailer afterwards to remove the streaking.
