It only takes a small amount, 5oz of the cleaner to 5 gallons of water, and cleans the rubber roof very well with minimal scrubbing. It didn’t work as well as I hoped on leaf stains but it did work some. I expect it would work on those too if I wanted to get on my hands and knees and scrub. No way!

This product is hands down the best product on the market. It is ultra concentrated and doesn’t require a lot of scrubbing. It cleaned our roof and it looks like new!
