Tie
Tie a new knot in the bottom of the continuous refill liner to form a new 'bag'. Close the service door, and you are done!

This has been a very helpful item from our registry. It has been great with keeping in the diaper smell. It's a clever design and easy to remove and refresh the bags.This model does fill up quick. We go through about x8 size 1 Huggies a day and I find myself pulling out the bag about once a week.

I got this diaper pail and a little one to keep in my room for middle of the night changes with my infant. I honestly just chose the most inexpensive one I could find and it’s my favorite now. So much better than our diaper geanie. This trashcan actually keeps all of the stink contained and it’s easy to put the diapers in. You don’t have to show your hand in past a latch or anything and this tiny trashcan fits just as many diapers as my large diaper geanie.

I purchased the diaper genie with our little one because they were the rave. However, it wasn't the best system. The smells were awful and we changed the bag every other day. The lid broke and the pull out door constantly would fall off. The bags are expensive and you go through a ton. I found this alternative and wanted to give it a try, since the reviews were great. I absolutely love this pail more than the genie. It keeps odors to a minimum and the bags are affordable. The only thing I don't like is that it's rather small, but it's great overall.

So what all accessories do you need for baby care? Make this one of them! Looks nice, smells "nice".... or at least "nicer", doesn't take up much space. Easy to just drop pampers in hands free! Easy to change bags in minutes and dispose of them without the risk of anything leaking out. Definitely a good investment!

I love this diaper pail because it really hold in the smell, I don't have to change the bag for two whole days, and it is easy to use with a regular 13 lb trash bag. I do disenfect the inside with a Lysol wipe and let it air out every two months or so when I notice the smell is really bad when I change the trash bags but when the pail is closed I can't smell anything. I have had it about 8 months or so and it still works great. If you have one kiddo I think the classic size is perfect. If you have any more and plan on using the same pail I would increase the size.

Its been 3 years now, still working good. The best part is you can cut to the length as needed, rather than wasting a whole bag for 1 diaper. Well taught and designed with minimum waste reduction.

I purchased this disposal system because my 80 yr. old mom suffers from incontinence. She requires hygiene products (day & night). She lives with us, and we were both frustrated with product disposal. The Dekor hands free diaper pail is a God Send! This product eliminated numerous trips to the outdoor trash can during the day & her trying to deal with product disposal at night. The bags (comes with system) are easy to change (make sure you read the exact steps) it is important to ensure that the bag dispenser is correctly inserted. There is a convenient bag cutter on the inside door. Simply knot the bottom of the plastic bag (adjustable size), when the bag is full (ready to dispose), simply cut the top portion of the plastic bag tie in a knot and throw away. Refills can be purchased on Amazon. Typically, I empty it once per day. No more fowl odors in the bathroom and my mom has regained her dignity. I am extreemly happy with this product!!

It doesn’t capture odor as they claim and I was fooled by other reviews so I had to speak , bottom line it arrived with broken hinge and it makes diapers smells even worse , I use it now for used coffee ground only.

This holds pee and poop... it's going to smell no matter how bad we, as consumers, want a non poop smelling area. There's no magic formula to this pail or to the bags. There will always be a weird odor.With that being said, there are ways to limit how bad that smell will become. What we do is take the poopy diapers and throw them away in a plastic bag. From there, they go directly out into the garage in the larger trash bin. It keeps the poop smell limited to the garage and it's not that bad. I'd rather there than in my home.What you'll have left is a bunch of pee diapers that will smell a whole let less. You'll also be able to fit more in the pail and not have to worry about smashing the dirty diapers into more poop smeared diapers. Nothing worse than pulling your hand out of the bin and accidentally scraping one from a blow-out. That's just a bad day.To save some bags, cut the diaper filled ones close to the top of where all the diapers are. Then take the bag and smash it down taking all the air out. It will collapse a fair amount and enough to tie the knot at the top. Also, just watch your face/lungs. Keep your mouth closed and look away! Once that's tied, take the new bag and tie a knot. Slide that knot as close to the bottom of the bag as possible. You'll save yourself another bag or two in the long run!With that being said, I gave this pail a 4 out of 5 because of the claim that it traps the smell in the bin. It doesn't. Whenever you open the lid, and push a diaper into the abyss, all of the horror's from within escape. There's nothing you can do about that. Maybe leave the diaper on the floor and let your significant other pick it up? Seems kinda cruel though.All in all, it's an excellent diaper holder thingy. I definitely recommend this over the diaper genie, as we've owned both, for convenience and simplicity. The refill bags are cheap enough and can be had most places.
