Excellent performance. It has a high-quality mandrel and the bit itself is very well constructed. I was able to enlarge eight holes in hard ceramic tiles very easily with this. It still got a lot of life left in it.

Needed this to bore out an existing hole in our solid service (Corian) sink. New faucet was too large to fit in the hole and the existing hole made using a hole saw impractical. I traced the opening needed using the new plate and proceeded to grind away. I used 2 corded drills, switching when the first began to get hot. An angle grinder may have worked better but I don't own one and I needed to enlarge just the one hole. I bought this because it came with an adapter for a drill. I spent about 10 minutes in total, grinding carefully to obtain a nice circle. The only dust was some that collected on the top of the sink as well as much more that collected below the sink, in the cabinet. Cleanup was simple and the hole came out just as planned, allowing me to install the new faucet. I doubt I will ever use this again but it was needed to install the faucet. Would recommend to those needing to grind solid surface sinks.

I needed to open 2 holes up in my sink and no store's in the area had in stock. I got and use this product and it took me 5 minutes to open both holes up. This works great!!

It arrived as promiced.Worked better than expected. I was able to enlarge the holes on the marble countertop and complete my faucet installation. Price very reasonable for the performance.
