When I opened the product, the head of this item was missing a bolt to hold it together. I don’t see myself using this tool a great deal but it’s frustrating that I don’t receive complete products.

No está mal, es funcional. Sin embargo, pensé que sería de mejor calidad, la goma del martillo neurológico llegó fuera de su sitio, yo la coloqué. Además, los acabados del resto del kit no se ven de buena calidad.
