This dish is awesome. It's easy to clean due to its material. It conducts heat evenly. We use it for weekly hot pot at home. We've used it weekly for years and liked it so much that we got another one so we could include more people at our homemade hot pot nights. It's sturdy and hearty.

We love hot pot in our house. I had previously bought a pan from the Asian supermarket and was disappointed when the broth leaked between the shoddy welding of the divider. I was a little hesitant because of the price of the Dezin pot, but it was definitely worth it. There is no weld line on the divider and no leaking. We can each choose our own broth on both sides. Build quality is great. Handles are not cheap plastic like other pots. Cleanup is super easy, even after punishing it with an hour of cooking on a portable butane burner. If you enjoy hot pot, you can’t go wrong with this pan.

This pot is a decent choice for those of you planning to use it to enjoy hotpot.It cleans very simply and has maintained its non stick coating for more than a year now. The size is great and the handles really make handling the pot when hot much easier.The main downside ever since buying this is the contact between the pot and any of my induction cooktops is very poor. The base of the pot has a convex shape which results in much longer than expected cook times. Reference pictures attached. Only reason I took away two stars.

Buuut...... you can't drain anything, if you make pasta in one side when it comes to draining the pasta it seems impossible with the other side being full of contents 😡

This pan is high quality. I love that I can cook vegetarian and non vegetarian in the same pan. The only reason I withheld a star is because I can't figure out an easy way to get the cooked food out. In a normal plan, I would just pour the food out, but I can pour anything out of this pan without it comingling. Each side isn't really large enough to fit a large laddle so it takes quite a bit of time to scoop all the food out on one side before being able to pour it out the other side.

Nice looking pan, works great on my induction burner, let it simmer for 2-3h and then cooled it completely before cleaning it. Very easy to clean, Some hot water was all it took to get it mostly clean. Very happy with this purchase!
