The file cabinet looks great however the instructions are way off! Many of the steps are not correct. Please remember to look at each piece before each step or you will be back tracking.

This is the best filing cabinet. The instructions were easy to follow and as you can see by the picture it went together well. I am so happy with this cabinet. Thanks Devaise for selling a great product.

NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ---- FOUND A YOU TUBE VIDEO --- TRIED TO FOLLOW IT --- AND UPON SCREWING IT TOGETHER ---- SIDES CRACKED IN HALF !!! PIECE OF GARBAGE !

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Materials are decent, but not high quality. Drawers stick sometimes when opening. Color is true white. We had extra parts after assembly.

Product looks nice when assembled. Assembly was long and tedious, but I expected that after reading other reviews. The cabinet was heavy enough when I moved it, that I expected it to be fairly sturdy. However, once it was loaded with files, I have to be very careful to keep it from tipping when the top drawer is open. And the feature that keeps more than one drawer from opening can get off track, leaving you unable to open a drawer. It looks like returning this means disassembling it and packing it back up. I'm sure the company is aware that is more than most people will do. I would not purchase this product again.

One of the pieces was broken, so I contacted customer service. They shipped out the replacement part quickly. The cabinet is a great size for holding my printer on top and holds my hanging file paperwork with room to spare. Pretty sturdy. Just what I was looking for.

After shopping many sites and stores, I ordered this one and I’m glad I did. It did take me a whole afternoon to assemble however, I was able to put it together myself, a sixty something female. Instructions are fairly easy to follow, you just have to make sure you are aligning the pieces on the right side and edge. The cabinet is very sturdy, drawers are roomy and glide easily. Simple lines and looks good. Great value for the money!

I ordered this after looking at many products, this caught my eyes because of its sleek style like a metal file cabinets. I ordered this product before Christmas however it arrived week later after new year. I did contact seller because product was not moving in shipping, it had label created but no movement, they responded to me quickly within a day, and was willing to work with me to ensure that I get my product on time. Initial response from them was due to holidays it is running late and willingness to give me some discount. My intention was not get discount but to get product as I did let them know.The product arrived few days late and safe, no issues. Then came the installation part. This will take minimum 2.5 hrs to install by one person. As you can see from the picture tons of screws, dowels etc.The end product looks good in my room, very sleek. Good value for the money. Keep in mind this is engineered wood, once you polish with furniture cleaner it shines and looks really good.Installation was not hard it just takes time to go through all steps, steps consist of picture and very little text, but it is presented well. I highly recommend this product.
