This is a cheap plastic clock that runs on a AA battery, but costs as if it was made of real wood. All that would be ok, except that it also runs very slow (by hrs) despite a new battery. Sadly, by the time I gave the gift to the recipient, the return window had closed.

Perfect for an elderly family member who couldn't see the smaller shelf clock it replaced. We all appreciate that it only takes a quick glance to tell time.

Have only had this clock a few days, but so far it's keeping perfect time. It is very easy to read from across the room and even though it's not wood, it looks very nice. We are very happy with our purchase.

It is plastic of course but looks like wood from feet away. The design is good and the numbers are very large. It is perfect for those who need a clock they can see across the room.
