Great black, very dark but the chalks are so small I use it only to outline try not use as full or else I’ll finish them quick. Wish they were bigger.

These are certainly the best black pastels I've used. They are highly pigmented and extremely smooth. My pastels arrived intact, but quickly broke with my own misuse.

I thought I was purchasing charcoals, but these are pastels.As a medium, these pastels are not as soft as I was looking for but that is not to say that they aren't good. I was looking for a softer medium.

They're soft, REALLY dark and quite easier to wash out after use in compare to the Blick charcoal I used to have. I can barely wash my hands without soap! Great quality and It did arrive at my place (NY) super fast, within 2 days on time!
