A beautiful set with multiple colors, almost no need to blend primary colors to achieve the variation of color depth and hues. Nice quality for beginners or established artists.

The colors are beautiful. I like the sturdy box they are in. They are soft and handle the way soft pastels should. However: I checked and made a color chart under bright full spectrum light and it does look like a couple of them are duplicates. 2 of the same color. But, overall I am pleased with these pastels.

Quality material for being very inexpensive. Beautiful color variety and easy to use. I’m using UArt sandpaper paper for this peice and the chalk melts like butter. I wish they were better at blending but other than that great buy.
