DESCRIPTION
- Tri Clamp butterfly valves are an elegant and dependable solution for either a shutoff service, or as a flow control valve to reduce volume. Designed for Tri Clamp fittings and made from stainless steel SS304, our trigger handle series butterfly valves feature a blue handle with 13 locking positions, that allow flow control typically desired on a racking arm. Actuation available: double-acting, air-to-spring, electric.

I use this for a dry hopper and it works great. It's very heavy, feels solid and durable. The finishing on the stainless steel is very nice. It holds pressure very well and I like that I can move the valve 180 degrees. That lets me get stubborn hop pellets down into the fermenter without letting in any oxygen.

Great add on for my conical fermenter. No leaks, great seal, and amazing quality for the price. Best upgrade to my valves so far! Can really control the flow for trub dumps or harvesting.

Very happy with the Dernord products for my Spike CF5. I am a big fan of Spike's brewing products but with free shipping and about half the cost the Dernord sight glasses, valves and tri-clamps have worked just fine.

I took a chance on these, for the price I figured what the heck. These are terrible quality, two valves leaked the first time I used them. DO NOT BUY.

I’ve used quite a few Dernord equipment in our boutique winery business and can recommend them. This butterfly valve worked well in our full 1000 liter tanks of wine, no leaks and easy operation. It seems to work as well as a similar Dernord valve I have having a steel handle. Mounting on the tanks is easy, as is clean-up and sanitation (I use Star-San). Recommended.

Pretty indistinguishable from ones marked "Dixon" that I've had for years, and these are half the price. If these turn out to last as well, they are a 5 star deal.
