I purchased this fan and after installing it does not blow air in the correct direction. I have contacted DeRale directly and provided photos and which way my engine turns and they have suggested to get it replaced.

the fan i bought has a better air flow and my engine is much cooler than the stock fan that has on it 4 blades thank you for the fan will buy from you again

My 1964 Skylark was supposed to have an 18" fan as standard equipment. But when the previous owner installed aftermarket AC they had to use a 16" fan due to clearance with the AC clutch. Because of the fan blade shape I was able to install this fan and only needed an additional 3/16" spacer (which I made from 3/16" aluminum). Now I get much more air through the radiator and the engine runs cooler.I am very pleased with the installation of this fan.
