How to reduce the pain during brushing?
- Hold the hair root with one hand, comb along the direction of hair growth with the other hand;
- When the hair knots are serious behind the ears and on the neck, the movements should be gentle;
- Comb the long hair layer by layer, turning the outer layer over and combing the inner layer.
What if my pet doesn't like this dog and cat hair brush?

My 8-year old cat has a medium coat and sheds so much! I was looking for a brush that actually holds the hairs, isn’t too rough to touch, and will get below the top layer to really comb out the shedding hairs - THIS IS IT! It actually holds the hairs, it gets down to the bottom layer, it’s not too scratchy to touch, and actually I love the large size because it makes the whole process super quick! It’s still agile to get under his chin and in small spots but the large size makes it a quick brushing process. Wonderful design, very effective, I’m really blown away, I’ve been looking for a brush for a long time and I am so glad I purchased this!

10/10 will absolutely recommend. Best brush I could’ve bought. I have two fat cats that love the brush, one that’s a little iffy, and one that won’t let me anywhere near him. The brush detangled some serious knots in my cat’s fur(he’s a big boy and has some trouble reaching his big ol behind to clean) and left him so soft. The brush itself is a little big but nothing crazy it was still very easy to use. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new brush.

I have a chonky boy with medium hair. This brush has a larger brushing area than my other typical slicker brushes, which makes brushing so much efficient on bigger cats like mine. Thickness of the handle is just the right size to hold comfortably. Not sure if it is because of the silicon material, but I sometimes find the handle attracts cat hairs a lot as I am brushing, but no big deal to me. I especially like the rounded tip of the needles, my cat seems to enjoy being brushed more as it is probably less irritating to the skin. Not to mention the self cleaning button works as a breeze. I like it enough that I bought another to keep one in the living room and another in the bedroom, so my cat gets to be better serviced wherever.

This works so good! This lightweight design is easy to use. Not too big or too small. Can help with tangles in hair and I love how it has a button to release the hair into the trash. My cats actually like to get rubbed by the brush.

My kittens (7 months old) love this brush so much!! They want to be groomed 24/7!!! It works. Takes the loose fur right off of them and their fur is incredibly soft and fluffy!! The brush is a really great quality and it has a nice firm grip. I do however wish that this company would offer a smaller brush to get into the neck, chest and head, because these are the smaller areas on kittens. I've accidentally bonked them on the head a couple of times and I always feel terrible when I do it!! I wish they would sell a small brush and larger brush as a set. This would satisfy all their grooming needs even as they grow older and larger. Super fantastic! They LOVE IT ❤️!!

It's convenient but the bristles aren't long enough for long haired cats it doesn't collect barely any hair because of this compared to my old brush that has longer bristles it is convenient with pulling the hair out of the brush though and I'm sure it works great for short haired cats

My dogs love being brushed with this brush. The metal bristles are firm but not pokey. And the fur removal works really well.Highly recommend.

Works great on my labs and indies. Amazing value for money. Easy to clean with just 1 click. Build quality is good as well.Just don't brush with alot of force as it's a little sharp.

Our cat loved this brush, it dug deep and got all the shedding hair in the summer months, she loved to rub her cheeks on it as well. Sadly, she has passed away, but I will keep it if we decide to get another cat.

Gets all the excess fur from my cats, I didn't realise actually how much they were shedding, or not, until I used this self cleaning pet brush. My cat doesn't like being brushed usually so he gets a bit knotty but this brush was easy to use to get rid of all the excess fur.

Out of compromise though still with disgust, I find myself living with a cat because of my boyfriend (the feline beast's father). I cannot stand pet hair on my clothes, or on anything at all actually hence my annoyance with these silly creatures.My Dyson cleans the floor flawlessly, and I have a furniture brush that handles the hair on that though I found myself still pissed with the endless amount of hair I find everywhere. So I figured its time to hit the root of all this madness. My boyfriend already had a cheaply wooden brush, and he bought the silicone glove. The brush was ok, but it was annoying to clean and it handled poorly. The glove worked nice as well, but again cleaning the hair off this tool was also an annoyance.So I decided to get this brush because of the ease of self cleaning; push the button on top and it will dispense the build-up of cat hair. And I am happy to say cleaning the cat has never been easier. The handle on the brush is comfortable on the hands while providing ample grip. The metal bristles perform beautifully, and with every stroke of the brush I'm just amazed on how much loose hair this pest of a cat produces.Great product with awesome results. Now when the cat sees me grabbing the brush she immediately rolls on her back, and starts purring. Spoiled brat.
